I have an iPhone also and I think the pic quality is pretty good. You likely were moving the phone as you snapped the pic, that'll blur it.

Annual firearm qual must be coming up with only a little shake like that. He must have been practicing. Make sure you practice with full mags or that shake is going to get worse. Just keep taking the Parkinson's meds, wear your 'Depends' (or for Marines, say it's from your MAG days = "Maximum Abosrbancy Garment") and bring bandaids for the blisters of having to reload your own mags. cat_doc did it and so can you. Be strong. ooh rah.
