    You can't remove the red tarts you can only earn green ones. It should tell you on your User CP who sent the negative rep and, maybe, why. It would seem that you said or did something that someone didn't like. Good luck getting out of the hole.

    The red might be due to your screen name. Even with the little line under it saying that you aren't a LEO, some people don't read that and your name sort of implies that you work as a Vice Officer. I would change it.

    I would change it.
    And changing it will let you start with green boxes. But I have a feeling if you continue with your questions and comments you will be red before long
