Are there any JAG fans here?

Did anyone see tonights episode? It had a different look, sound and feel. I guess with all of the success of the CSI type shows, they decided to jazz it up a bit?

    What did ya'll think?

I haven't seen the "NEW" version as of yet. We are a little behind due to the fact that we have to watch the Armed Forces Network Television. I am actually a fan of JAG. It took a little getting used too because that IS NOT the real Navy. none of the buildings they even show are real. It is all stage prop at some studio somewhere. The Ships aren't real either. I do like the way they play off of Current Events and add their twist to them.

Is she really dead? I like JAG although I know most of the stuff is crap. (how many female Marines look like Catherine Bell?)

I caught the end of last night's show... I'm a big fan of JAG, but unfortunately I only get to watch every other week...
What is your major malfunction, numbnuts? Didn't Mommy and Daddy show you enough attention when you were a child?

The last show had a feel sort of a cross between CSI and JAG. It opened with some Boy Scouts finding a dead female body. LE determines it to be a Navy person, so 3 investigators of the NCIS are dispatched (one of them is that cute chick from the 1989 movie "teen witch)

The NCIC discovers that the woman was a JAG officer who was pregnant, so of course the Admiral is advised. He holds a staff meeting and advises everyone. Speculation it is Singer.

The NCIC guys discover the remains had been there since January and DNA confirms it is Singer. Harm knows his half-brother had a thing with Singer, so he calls Serg in Russia.

NCIS does a lot of CSI type stuff. Harm is questioned at the end of the episode, where he is arrested for the murder. I guess NCIS believes Harm would have been motivated by a belief that the kid was his half-brothers. We will have to wait for next week to see how Harm gets out of this one.

Only 4 more hours to go. Is the President history or is the VP guilty of treason?

JAG is an awesome show!! I watch it every Tuesday night, but if I have to miss it for some reason, I tape it and watch it the next day. Tuesday evenings JAG was very suspenseful and I think it was neat that they tried a different approach to doing the show.

On the very first episode of JAG, the one where Ollie North had a cameo, the plot was about a Marine forward observer who made a mistake while calling for fire during training and accidentally killed someone.

Thing is, even if EVERYONE at both the FDC and the Gun Battery was completely asleep at the switch, the accident could NOT have occurred the way they described it.

I have been essentially unable to watch that show since then.
