Been keeping ya'll posted on my progress because you've all been so kind and encouraging. Well, the hair is coming back, I'm even starting so see the beginning of eyebrows. Keep telling my hubby I'm getting even with him for years of razor stubble!

Good to hear your hair is coming in again bbuie.
I know several ppl that underwent chemo and lost thier hair.
When it regrew it came back much thicker, and courser because the hair shaft itself was thicker.
Now you can disguard those hats that you don't care for wearing.

I'm glad to see that you are doing well and recovering. I think it's important that cancer survivors openly dscuss their situations. It makes people more aware of the disease and might prompt someone to get a check up.

I agree. I used to be bad about putting off mammograms and getting check-ups. Believe me, I will NOT put it off anymore! I've learned a lot in this, one thing is that cancer doesn't affect just that person, it affects the whole family and everyone around them. I found that through God I had strength I didn't know I was capable of, and tried to keep a sense of humor through it all. It helps.JB
