With advice from a friend of mine I used 200 speed film, 30 second shutter speed, and 3.5 aperature. I drove to a hill top outside town (too many trees around my house, which is in a low lying swamp area) and set my dinky tripod on the hood of my car. I have a bunch more that are even better. The moon was out and I got it in several pictures with the lights. My favorite is of the lights of Fairbanks with the aurora above it, but I don't have that one on CD.
In life's small things be resolute and great
To keep thy muscle trained: know'st thou when Fate
Thy measure takes, or when she'll say to thee,
"I find thee worthy; do this deed for me?"
Nemo me impune lacessit.
