Glad you're ok Norm. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain (DC) those tornadoes aren't anything to mess with. I've been in two and it took six months to pick all the glass outta my torso (blew my car windows in on me when the roof of a store blew off and landed on me while driving). Not fun.

I have a sister & brother in law in pensacola, which took the brunt of the storm, and have;nt gotten ahold of them yet. Keep them in your prayers, I'm a little freaked out right now

We don't have basements in most of Texas, but we have a designated closet that serves as our shelter. It is in an area where there are several walls between the outside of the house and the closet. We keep a radio w/ batteries and a flashlight there. Usually we hit it a couple of times a year, but this year nada.

And people say they would never move to CA because of earthquakes. I would take a 6.0 every 10-12 years over hurricanes/tornadoes any day.
