I normally watch what I eat fairly closely, since as I get older I tend to find it more and more difficult to maintain my weight.
However, last Sunday I decided to just enjoy myself before and during the Super Bowl. I had chips and chili cheese dip in the afternoon (with a fair number of cold beers) and around halftime I had two meatball subs, more chips, and some additional cold beers. Needless to say, this is far more than I usually eat (and I never have things like chips, chili, or meatball subs.)
On Monday I went back to my regular diet in the usual amounts.
This morning I weighed myself and I have lost two pounds since the day before the Super Bowl... Strange...
Maybe this means my new diet should include several meatball subs and a couple of six packs of beer every Sunday?
