    Red face New member from NY

    Hello everyone, I found this site a couple days ago and would like to tell you a little about myself.

    I'm 23 years old, in the military (currently drilling in the USAR), have been an active volunteer firefighter for almost 5 years, and recently laid off from sikorsky customizing blackhawk. Well since then I've had time to think about what direction I want my career to go in. I decided law enforcement was the path for me.

    Currently I am enrolled in a criminal justice program. yes I know it's widely discouraged around here but that isn't going to slow me down anyways I would like to say thanks to all the active and retired LEO 's on this site, I appreciate you men/women dedicating your time on here. Add the fact risking your lives everyday.
