Hello from NY

You folks are getting like me! You wonder why I am so cranky and hot headed ....I deal with kids like this all day long in the city. When I hit park, walk to the office, hit the head, head to teh snack shop, outto lunch, walk to my car, drive home, etc....

Welcome to the new breed of canidate in NYC. In the past two months we had one rookie (hired under the relaxed standards) fired and jailed for official misconduct (alleged rape of female whose apartment he went to and checked on her numerous times during the night after a taxi called the cops to get her out) and another rookie who got drunk and pulled a gun on a school teacher and raped her behind a building. I had a single paid parking ticket I had to jump hoops through to get cleared and theses morons are walking right on the job.

NYC has no monopoly on people like that, Joey. When I worked sex crimes, I couldn't count the number of insecure pricks who were husbands, boy friends, fathers, etc. of rape victims who thought they were the ones violated. The poor rape victim ended having to take care of and/or suffer abuse from these jackasses. That was one of the reasons I transferred out, I ended up losing it and bracing some kid in a hospital waiting room who had a attitude like this little dipsh!t. I knew then it was time to move on.

Fortunately, we haven't had to hire people like that, but I do have to say that we're hiring elitist jerks who think it's a crime to be poor. But that's for another thread.
