Hello,
I will be in the Fall 2011 Trooper Trainee Academy in Austin. I have been checking out what is expected and reading up on what we will learn. Hope to find out anything I can to prepare for these weeks to come. I hear the training is an experience.

If I were you , I would practice on the one area that you can't prepare too well for .....being in shape.
I started running before I went in the USAF in 1978 and 33 years later , I am still at it.
