[harassed]

Hello all. I found this site through google trying to research a problem I am having in Utah. I do not want to post my name on this site to protect my privacy.

I am here because my wife and I are being harassed online, and our names, photos, ages, city we live in, relatives names and my prior conviction for mail and wire fraud are being plastered all over the internet in an attempt to destroy my wife's business.

This has been more than frustrating because it is a fine line between protected speech and harassment. Being a convicted felon does not make me a sympathetic victim either, although my wife is as good a person as any, has a security clearance with the government and up until a couple of weeks ago, never had so much as a speeding ticket. (10mph over 2 weeks ago fyi)

I hope that I can find answers regarding how I should best interact with the law enforcement officers in my jurisdiction and how I can stop this harassment.

I intend to be brutally honest and I will try to state facts and leave out as much bias as I can in this forum. I look forward to the interaction.
