Glad to be here and the best part about this forum is you don't actually have to be a LEO to participate in certain areas, not like some "other" law enforcement sites I've been seeing. It's important for average citizens to communicate and learn more about our laws and also about the hard working people that protect us.

Thank you for providing a public platform for that and I look forward to getting some of my questions answered in time.

Thanks Taxes! Another state I'd love to live in. I was almost born in Ft. Worth. Mom was nine months preggo with me when my dad decided to move to No-Ohio for some odd reason. lol Actually it was to start a business that never took off.

Yep, I like to describe it as "Heaven on Earth!" I enjoy the fact I don't have to shovel snow in winter like when I was growing up in Chicago! Gulf Shores is a nice place too, good PD. Who knows, maybe their hiring? And from what I've heard about Alabama departments, they seem to pay pretty good!
