    Its me again

Well. Apparently the forum isn't set up to be able to sign on with an existing user name with a Android, since I've spent an hour or so over two days attempting to.

Hope I am not violating any Forum rules by starting a second account, and would be happy to simply sign in as my "other" self if I could. I don't know what type of Operating system this thing uses.

    I am Creeker.

    Hello again.

    I am Creeker.
I'm confused. I don't see on the site's member list that the username "Android" has been taken: http://www.realpolice.net/forums/members/list/a18.html. Are you saying Creeker (click here) is your regular account, because if not I'm confused as to what you're saying?

Yes, tis I, who cannot apparently sign in on my Android for some reason. We broke bread, Bud. Just before you changed monikers, I believe.

It sounds like Creeker is trying to log on with his Android phone and it's not allowing him to do so. So he had to create a new account named CreekersDroid.

    Exactly.

I was wondering if anyone else has tried using the site with specifically an Android phone. I am using a LG Ally with a touchscreen and seperate keyboard. I went thru the password reset twice over 2 days trying to log on from work.

I'm going to attempt it again from home using my Comcast wireless network with the Bluetooth as opposed to the Verizon wireless cell plan to see if it makes any difference, because I know I was getting frustrated by the time I hatched the different account idea, but I used the same password and it worked for the different account.

I also discovered why new people seem to be confused after signing in. After the initial sign up, the screen defaults and tells you to go to your settings menu to make the adjustments, then tells you once you get there that you don't have enough posts to do that yet.

LoL! I'm an idiot, never thought of Android as a phone in your first post.

I know that Joey posts with his, which is kind of why I didn't expect to run into the issue.

Well, now I can log in on the Android, so I don't know what the trouble was.

My connection is definitely faster and there is only a very slight delay here at home, so maybe that was the issue.

Please feel free to delete the member name Creekersdroid if it is
    proper to do so.

I'm going to "remember me" so I don't run into this issue again... hopefully.
