Hey! Postin' just to be polite; usually I'd keep lurking for a while but thought I would say hi before I started asking questions, especially the ridiculous ones.
Law enforcement is fascinating and I'm interested in what it is officers do every day. Honestly, I like war stories. I plan to get some of my own one day.

Hi again! Even though I just posted a short intro a couple of days ago to be polite, I thought it might be even MORE polite to actually tell you something about myself.
I came to this conclusion after seeing a lot of newbies get burned after not introducing themselves.
I have a medical background, am an EMT (but need to renew my certification) and will be starting paramedical studies this fall. I'm interested in epidemiology as well as studies in police science. Police work is so fascinating to me because it is a way to really serve the community, and it is such an interesting job. I am not sure yet I am cut out for law enforcement though, since I suspect I am too much of a softy.
