How is it in Chicago? I know the crime rate is alot worse there, I am trying to get on at a medium sized town. Probably less going on. I have already talked to the Chief of Police, he lives across from me on my street.

Chicago is exactly like you think it would be.
Peoria is no joke, either. That's a busy town with a fair share of dirtbags, dope, and guns.
