    Unhappy hello ,goodby,t.v. show comes to miND''JUST SHOOT ME"

    my 1st post. as an adolesent i became enfatuated with the wrong crowd and needless to say drugs... i messed p my kife and know this .It has been 31 years after a stent in the pen 6 yrs ,paid my debt? idk.anyone with any help please ,i would like to regain my constitutional rightsa back ,my crim involved n weapon of any sort,other than the drugs i wanted to kill myself with. as i said over 30 years clean and no brinking or drugs ,only minor "what was called a roll through stopsign at 4 a.m.that was 7 yrs ago."

    please can anyone guide me or is this just setting me up to be riduculled as usual for the rest of my life?

    sry if i have offended ir been in anyo0nes way herte but im it my whits end........... expunged? [spelling?] closed ,or reinstated rights as a human being in all i want ,but johnny law says im not a human any more and they wont put me out of my misery like a dog with rabbies ,which i how im treated.. MAYBE MOVE DIF COUNTRY? HELP.AM DESPERATE.

    i would like to be a normal citizen ,vote, hunt ,maybe hold a public oiffice .but a felony at the legal terms of an adolescent deprives me if such and dont lnow now,if its possible to ever be forgiven in the eyes of the law'exponge,or whatever it is they do .im sporry im not an english profesor.lol as my grammar shows ,,,..i am a singfle father of 2 my 13 yr old son and 17 yr old daughter. sole custody, i want to maybe teach them how to hunt , and research into candidates to vote for .but i9 feel ,and have been told in not so many words by tyhe police force"no offence intended" that i am less than a normal person,maybe i shouldnt have said anything but it really hurts inside .maybe u understand a bit more? tyvm just 4 hearing my rambling .

    It's going to depend on what state you are in. If your state allows it, you will definately need a lawyer, and it will probably not be cheap.

    I don't think you are less than a normal person, but actions have consequences. You chose to break the law, and now you have to live with your decisions. I hope everything works out for you.

    sad part

    i'm not short on brains [now] was whaen i was young. i went through court young and lawyer pretty much did naught 4 me. said sign here and here and its all done...done meant im going to jail and i wasnt sure of the jargan he used ,but him being a lawyer i"trusted" him... nuf said .i divorced my with of 13 yrs [long internet cheating story]and 2 kids later .i represented myself. and won.i just was wondering if i may do the same[represent myself]about civil rights.
    or will i just be laughed out of court. i dont know and im unsure what kind of forms i may need..needles to say im in the ,as i would say,the worst state for law enforcement [which i do respect and know we must have] and ex con relationships going............i am sorry to have used anyones time here .hope y'all have a good life God be with You
