i am just posting to introduce myself. not sure if it's relevant, but i will be 31 in september, and the age cutoff is 35 for new recruits. i have been reading a lot on the site. i am interested in becoming a LEO. i know there is a police exam coming up on april 25th, and i plan on taking it. i also emailed my town's chief of police to request some ride alongs beforehand. i haven't really decided if i want to go state or local....leaning towards state. i know i have to make a decision before i apply. if any ma troopers are present, i look forward to any input you may be able to provide me with. thanks for everyone's time.

well, i am somewhat disappointed. my town doesn't offer ride alongs. i called the SP, and they only offer ride alongs to SP interns. guess i'm S-O-L!

I'm looking for Drug/Narcotic Unit patches together with DUI/DWI unit patches for a frame in our Anti-Drug-Team bureau
Also looking for Massachusetts Police and US Capitol City PD patches now!
