Seriously, I prefer caviar without the any alcohol due to the fact I lead a healthy lifestyle, but on certain occasions champ truely is a nice compliment.
Some indulge in vodka to take away the salty taste, yet that's what I love most about caviar....

Great Drink Choices ... I have not had the pleasure to indulged in sashami ... and yes Caviar is quite salty.. I too TRY and maintain a healthy lifestyle as a Type 2 Diabetic, carb to protein ratios, Blood Glucose checks 4x a day ... A1hc checks every three months ... but the price you pay with DIABETES!!
