    Hello from Northwest NM

    Hi There,

I have been on this web sight for a few months now and have just checked out the Rap Sheets, so I guess I will introduce myself.

My name is Sheila Keeling and you can guess by the title the area in which I live, it has some good and some bad. We have beautiful scenery and wildlife, but then we also have all the jurks hiding from the 3 strikes laws since we don't have any. The area in which I live we have plenty of drugs, mostly meth and gangs. Not near as bad as some places though.

I am 44 years old and have two brats, one is now off and married and the other a senior in HS. oh yeah and 1 that helped create the other two, I guess that makes 3.

I substitute teach at the high school, I have done the other ages but over the past few years I really would rather be with HS kids. I have subbed for about 16 years. there are good and bad with that job.

Outside of that I am a Hunter Education Instructor, 2nd Dan (degree) blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do, and help with out local Police Explorer program in which my oldest kid done tell she got to old and now the other one is doing. The younger one plans on going into criminal Justice and likes what she sees. I like working with the teens and young adults. I like to hunt, not that I ever draw out. And also like camping.

I love to go on Ride-A-Longs with the cops and don't mind hopping fences when we are out doing foot patrol. I am also trying to get on with the police reserves. I would rather be out helping then sitting in the car watching.

Oh and I almost forgot, Shooting my 9mm is lots of fun, wish the bullets didn't cost so much.
And just so you know, spelling is not my strong point.

Thanks for your time, hope this wasn't to much, but you asked

All LE stay safe out there and what your 6.

    Welcome to our site.

Dec of 83 , I went on a ski trip from North Texas to the Land of Enchantment. I first went to Albuqureque and tried Sandia Peak( a mere 10,000 ft.. It was pretty nice and the weather was nice. Then I drove up to Sante Fe and tried Baldy Peak. ( a mere 12,000 ft).

It was fun watching all of the Texans who didn't know how to drive in the snow , get stuck on the way up the mountain. I was in my rear drive Datsun sedan and made it up fine. The air is a little thinner than I am used to and along with the high winds and the blowing snow , I didn't stay long.

    Beautiful state to visit.

    Welcome to RP.

I was in Slidell Louisiana for about a week and a half back when Katrina hit, I was there 3 weeks afterwords with the NM Baptist Disaster Relief. I enjoyed the work and helping the people but man was the sights terrible. Hope things have gotten better by now.
