Hey folks,
Allow myself to introduce uh, myself...
Signed up a while back so I figured it was time to post a rap sheet. Not that everyone has been sitting on the edge of their seats, waiting for the great "introduction..."
I'm a munitions designer by trade - been doing it almost thirteen years now. Sounds neat, but its still work after the new wears off.
I've always looked up to the men & women in uniform ever since I was a kid. I have a chance to volunteer as a reserve deputy here in my county and I'm taking it. I hope to help out any way that I can. Perhaps in the future if things go well I can pursue a more permanent position with law enforcement - its just something I always have wanted to do. Being married with children makes me a little hesitant to leave a good job, but one day I know things will work out - maybe not now but I know hard work opens a lot of doors so I can be patient and just learn and be helpful as much as possible right now.
I have two wonderful daughters and a loving wife. I am enamoured by shiny objects. I love to take stuff apart. I think Sean Connery was the ultimate Bond. When sitting in the recliner, the sound of my remote falling to the floor does send fear through my body - hey, what if I cant reach it? What if nobody hears my cries for help? I think v-8's are the best sounding engines. I have a motorcycle. I like motorcycles. Motorcycles are shiny and have cool sounding motors. Nobody pulls of the "fat guy on a bike" look quite like I do...I hate going to the mall. If I go to the mall, I limit my time there to only a few minutes. Anything more than a few minutes and my back starts hurting from walking around sucking my gut in. I love food.
I would like to say that I appreciate what you officers do every day. What you guys and gals do to keep people like me safe is a well needed, in my opinion sometimes under-appreciated job. Thank you for what you do.
okay bye.
