Hi everyone. I go by dkl1986. I've been interested in LE and being a LEO since I was 17. I'm now 22. I've been a police explorer, paralegal intern, police intern, and now police volunteer. I'm going to graduate in May 2009 with a BA in CJ. I'm testing for a few different depts, one being the NYPD, and considering testing for some different positions (CO, Probation Counselor, Social Worker). If the job hunt doesn't work out, I'm also considering joining the armed services, hopefully USAF or USCG.
It took me long enough to finally post my rap sheet in here. :rolleyes:

Friday: That's "Homer J. Simpson", Chief. You're reading it upside down.

I graduated from the 2003 California State Law Enforcement Explorer Academy. It was a mini-police academy with a week of drills, classroom trainings, and PT. Being 6'2" with a bastardized German-American last name, I was a particluar favorites of the DIs. :D
