hi...

i just wanted to ask a cop or some cops, or whoever installs the equipment in cop cars some questions about the laptop and internet in your vehicles.

i know there are some cops that are more advanced with computers that could help me, if not, maybe someone could lead me in the right direction.

i want to know some technical specs on the internet connection inside the cop car. i am looking to do something like this for my remote users in my office and i figured this would be a great place to start.

if anyone can point me in the right direction i would appreciate it.

Why would you need to ask this on an LE forum?

You want Internet access from a laptop in a vehicle? Just call Sprint or Verizon and get a broadband/national access PC card that slips into the PCMICA slot on your laptop and uses the cellular phone system. Instant Internet.
