Hey there...actually found this site by accident. I was looking for information on Academys that offer sponsorships and it brought me to a post on here. This site has actually been a ton of help!! Im wanting to get into L.E...I've done an internship with the county that I go to school in and am currently volunteering there too.
I definitely have a lot of concerns about starting the academy but they are mainly all personal issues. Im 5'5 and roughly 135. Im friends with an officer who's recommended that I start working out if I plan on making the academy in the fall, and I have (although its just now going into effect) but I guess Im just worried. This site has helped me a lot by reading what others do to work out and stay in shape.
I welcome all the help and advice and w/e anyone has to offer me about prepairing for the academy (both mentally and physically) THANKS!!!
