well i like in PA my name is Jared i am 18 a senior in high school, also work part time at UPS,when i get out of high school i plan to goto LCCC for 2 year for criminal justice. I want to become a state trooper, I just want to know kind of how it works when you get out of college. Like what you have to do.

If you get some military service under your belt along with that Associates degree, you'd be golden for a Statie position. Assuming you meet all the requirements to include a BI.
I think about 1/4th or 1/5th of the Troopers from my state come in from local PDs, so a local gig might not be a bad way to start and you'll get some good experience under your belt.
I know we have a few officers on this board from PA but I don't think any of them are Troopers.

Every decision you make from now on, will affect your suitability for LE.
Do not do drugs.
Do not hang around with people who do drugs.
Do not commit any offence, no matter how small it is.
You want your application to be spotless, and I mean SPOTLESS.
You want to confidentally go into a poly test with nothing to hide, and nothing to regret/admit to.
Try and get as much life experience as possible, and Military is great for that.
Expect failure on your first, second and third tries. If that is the case, keep trying. If you want it bad enough, you will get it. If you are lucky/good enough to get in first try, even more luck to you.
