Yeah, I know, there are about a million. I am new to LE and am in the NOVA area. I figured I say Hi and see who chimes in. I worked in private industry and decided to take a HUGE pay cut to follow my dream job. Some of my friends call me a dumb a$$ for doing this, but it's something I had to do......call me an idealist:D
