Gday all!
I havent been in this forum since 2005. So i thought i would jump back in here and say hi.
Last time i was in here i was working part time jobs and on my way to selection for Police College.
I have since completed college and am now a Probationary Police Officer in the Northern Territory of Australia. I will be on Probation a further 18 months until i am a full constable.
I'm based in the town of Katherine and have been here a couple of months now.
Policing here is incredibly different to that of most places in the world. Different types of people/customers. One major customer being the Aboriginals. Also the remoteness of some of our stations makes work here interesting.
Anyways, look forward to chatting with you all.
Any questions about anything here i will be quite happy to answer.

hey there boof.... I just been told that i'm starting at the college up here in Darwin at the end of January. Doing a transitional course though, as i have 5 years experience in the South Australia Police. Can't wait to start earning the money that police officers deserve!!! (South Oz are very badly paid!) Hope to see you round here more often!!
