Hi everyone,
I was surfing the net and came across this board. I seems like a great place to swap information about Law Enforcement. I am currently in my last week at C.O. Bick College (the Toronto Police College) in Court Officer class 2006-03. There is a very good chance that I may receive the award for the top academic score. I completed my field training day yesterday at Old City Hall which is the largest and dirtiest courthouse in the city, housing and dealing with the worst criminals in Toronto. Old City Hall seems like a great place to work and I'm sure I will learn a lot and gain a tremendous amount of experience.
Court Officers are sworn in as Peace Officers under Section 137 part X of the Police Services Act. I hope this will qualify me for the "Verified" tag. I look forward to interacting with the members of the board.
