Hi all from Texas! I just got hired in Dallas, TX and also discovered this site recently.
I really like photography as a hobby, so if ya'll ever add a photography forum, I will be among the first to post. ;)
I hope to be able to contribute meaningful things to this site and also hope that I will never be mentioned in the "Officer Down" forum. :(

Thanks for the warm welcome! I don't think I can get verified yet because I start the academy on November 15 and won't be sworn in for about 8 monthes after that. :(
