Hows it going everyone..new member here and im going into the academy hopefully in jan. for the NYPD..im pretty big on going to the gym and I was wondering if anyone could help me pick out some workout supplements because I have heard that some test postive on the drug test. I have also heard that creatine tests positve, if anyone could help me out that would be great..thanks.

IMHO , you are trying out for a highly competetive job. Why take ANYTHING that in any way might hurt your chances ?
Someone here could say that _________ won't show up , but what if it does and you get DQ'd for DRUGS ?

There is a post regarding creatine under the Physical Fitness folder. In fact, the heading is "Anybody take creatine?" There may be info there, or at least a more genial adudience. This folder is more for introductions, rather than specific items.
