In the past some of that stuff has had questionable ingredients. I don't know who regulates/inspects the contents of supplements, but I would not place any trust in those who sell it. A relative showed me some of that stuff, it was made in Bulgaria and the label was not any help. What does your doctor have to say? If you have something prescribed by a physician and it shows up an the UA test, that is explainable.
