I am a 30yr single white female from fairport NY, I was wondering if someone on here could tell me where to post to my local police office to thank them for not making me step out in the rain yesterday here to make a statement (the sgt called my home and I thought oh no here I go to get wet again) but he was nice and asked me what happened on the phone.

Best bet, send a thank you letter to the department's chief with the Sergeant's name on it.

A written thank-you to the Chief would be the best thing. Just write a little note instead of calling. A note will go into the officer's file, a phone call will be forgotten.

Well the guys name is blank in my mind just know hes a sgt that is it. I could call and ask who handled it and I bet they wont tell me even though I was the one who called in it. I bet they dont keep track of that stuff or do they?

Lax you got a point. I would love to date a leo but also scared at the same time. I mean I watch them do traffic stops from my window in the living room when they decide to do them that is as I live on the main drag and barely ever see them driving around. I think the cops here sit around and eat bon bons til a real call comes in. Just kidding I dont know what they really do to tell you the truth.

hahaha ok ok im 21 and a police recruit for the nypd, thats like close to a cop. What you doing this saturday, i got Carmines in the city on the mind and its got your name all over it!!! hahaha lol jk jk. I understand though, it must be the sexy uniform!
