As urged by Cinnamon in another thread, I am introducing myself. Current third year law student in DC, looking to go federal if given a chance. No prior LE or military experience, other than living on some military bases growing up. I mostly read at this particular forum, though I do contribute under other names elsewhere. I've enjoyed reading y'all for the past couple of years.

Now, I have a question for the verifieds...for my FRIEND...not for me...can I be a cop if I used to deal drugs and served some jail time but got out for ratting on my Columbian suppliers? I...I mean MY FRIEND...didn't finish high school, but it wasn't my fault, I just fell in with the wrong crowd. Can they still be a cop?

I knew I forgot something! "hey guyz, I want to be SWAT and I'm in awesome shape but patrol suxzor, so can I just do SWAT right away if become a Navy Seal first? I think I could do that because I played junior varsity football for a year. I don't want to go to an academy, either."
