I made my first post in the Ask a Cop thing becuase I was anxious to get some information.
Anyway.
My name is Erik and I am from Miami (don't you love the redundancy) I'm 22 and submiting my application for police officer tomorrow! So yeah, that's my "hi."

I applied for MDPD. I got a little mini interview the same day I applied. I don't know if that is standard or not. Whatever happens, I am going to keep trying till I somehow get on the force.
