I just wanted to come on the introductions and say hi and let everybody know a little about me.I am single and have been thru some major issues involving my ex-husband and really wanted to come on here to see if I can get some help.I have been stalked and harrassed by my ex over an 8 year period and just recently the courts gave our daughter the right to decide if she wanted to live with him and of course she decided to do go live with her Dad in Georgia because he does not set rules in his house and I do.To make a long story short my ex and his 3rd wife have cut me off completely from my daughter and I caught her engaging in some illegal activity on the internet and I had to have her removed from the sites she was doing this on.I could go on and on about everything but it would take pages to do so.I look forward to meeting all of you and hope someone can please assist me.

hey lady! welcome to the site. Listen to what the verifieds have to tell you because they will really give you some sound advice! As hard as life may be for ya, dont let it get the best of you. If this jerk wants to ruin your life then hes not worth your time. People will always be willing to take advantage of you, you just have to do your best to say screw you:p

Lady, please read those replies again. I believe most members were telling you to contact your lawyer. That is the one person that can truly help you, or lead you in the right direction.

Thank you for your input but one of them named Hellhound accused me of being a drug addict and there were a few more very insulting things said to me and about me.If this is a forum for police I am certainly worried about safety issues of the general public because police officers are supposed to have a code of conduct which does not include insulting victims.

Lady, it is not often that the dad wins sole custody of a child. I would be safe in assuming that everyone here was wondering what else was up with your story. Most of us are cops, and well, cops think the worst until it is ruled out or proven wrong. It's just the way we are. And it saves our butt out there on the streets.

You can't get your entire life story out in just a couple posts. We don't expect you to. So when we question you or wonder about something, you need to give us some slack.

And bottom line, your lawyer is the only one that is going to get your kid back. Actually, I take that back...YOU are the only one that is going to do that. It will take hard work, and you need to do whatever you have to do in your life or your daughter's life to win her back.

You just don't seem happy or satisfied with the answers you were given and that's too bad. You asked for advice and you got it, and it was sound advice at that.

I can tell you from experience that when it comes to being harrassed and stalked, you need a RESTRAINING ORDER. As far as wanting your child back, you need to call an ATTORNEY.
