Didn't your mother teach you when you are new somewhere to slowly get your foot in the door? It's kinda like being a rookie...you shut up and sit there...be very very quiet...you don't want anyone to know your name. It's a very gradual thing, and before you know it, you're one of the family. We all did it...some get it right, and some don't. So, with that....good luck.
