I’m a clueless civilian type person who may be asking what seem to be “dumb questions” in the Ask a Cop section. Imagination and available- to- the -general- public info can only go so far whereas bits of insider “shop talk” can make a fictional scene come alive ( and hopefully sell big and make this poor single mom some much needed $$$)
It’s all with the best intentions of course as I’m a writer and my newest book in progress features a NY detective who is just getting himself into all sorts of weird jams.
My solo published writing was in the romance genre (okay you can stop groaning now) but my current endeavors with a co-writer are in the dark urban fantasy/horror/suspense area.
I promise to be a nice quiet little lurker and soak up appropriate knowledge as necessary and try to stay out of everyone's way.
