Hi everyone! Just wanting to say hello. I am currently pursuing a career in law enforcement (my present job is in accounting.) I took my first physical agility test last week--got over the 6ft wall and made it through the run, but failed the dummy drag :( . I'm pretty bummed about that but am determined to work out harder and figure out a way to drag that thing-(I'm 5ft 2inches and about 110 lbs and the dummy was 170.)
I have a deep respect for police officers and hope to join the team in the future.

Just a suggestion, practice different techniques if you find a physical task difficult. You may be able to develop a technique to counter a lack of strength. Most of our defensive techniques we are taught, work on that principle. Use your opponents force against them, to control them, not yours. Of course a dummy isn't going to help you much though, but a different technique and a bit of practice and you'l be doing it in no time.
