New to this site, have been a "lurker" for a month or so now. I found this site threw a search i made on my Department. But hello everyone. by the way did i saw i was from N. Dakota average winter air temp this time of the year is around minus 30. one time last year i recorded on my in-car video an air temp of minus 54 on the local bank clock. that was cold night, didn't make a lot of traffic stops that night.
