Greetings from the second most violent big city in the nation, according to the FBI. (Detroit, we're coming for you).

it's difficult for me to speak about "selfdefense" because in france rules are very different, and we haven't got the same problems!!! but i think you're right . violent people, criminals are less in number, and when an old personn is agressed (for exemple) i think people near should help her, otherwise they prefer go back home, that's what happenning in my country!!!!!
can be people who are voluntary could follow a short formation for avoid some tragic overflows?
