Just wanted to introduce myself....
Just graduated from Florida State University, and will start the police academy in mid-January. This site has helped a lot so far, and I hope it will throughout my academy and hiring process.

Not really sure what departments, I'm originally from SW Florida, but cost of living is extremely high. Possibly Tampa/St. Pete area. Attempting to get Masters from somewhere, so any department near a university helps as well.
