Hi, my name is grandma merle and i am new to forums and computers. my son jacob is a very nice young man and he is a police man in new hampshire. he tells me the stories about how exciting his job is and i wanted to learn more now that i have a computer and can go on the internet. please bare with me i am quite old fashioned and even calculators are new to mei am here to see if i can get some topics of conversation with jacob as he uses words with me i dont understand and to educate myself
i was a teacher before i moved to america and here i was a seamstress. my husban, ethel inspired jacob to be a police officer with a very rigid childhood and we always made our boy obey the law, he didnt even jaywalk oy vey!

Old enough to be a "grandma". :eek: HMMMMM! Who do I know that might be that old? :rolleyes: think, think, think as pooh bear would say. I'm of stout German and Scottish decent but I do not know and husbands named 'ethel' either.
