Heya all, wasnt quite sure where to put this post on the forum but so i put it on here.
Im interested to know, if a barman has a break and decides to go and have a vodka redbull and then goes back 15mins later to work and serves customers, is this illeagle?

The correct word is bartender. What kind of question is that? Are you mad at somebody and want him arrested? That, if I'm right, would be a matter between him and his boss. Sounds like he's a company man trying to drum up business.

Not only is this "illeagle", it's a capital crime. This means that if caught, the "barman" (i.e. you) will receive the death penalty. This is one of the few crimes that is still able to have death by hanging as the punishment. Unless you want to be hung in the town square, I suggest you never drink a sissy drink like vodka and Red Bull during your break... it's just not worth it, man. Originally Posted by rampentmonkey

Hey, Monkey........it depends on what state you are in. After prohibition, the federal government left it up to the individual state to define their liquor laws.
In Arizona, if you are a paid employee in the bar, you CANNOT consume at all during your shift. This includes entertainers, such as the band.
Other states may allow the bartender or entertainers to consume a certain amount......so check on your individual state liquor laws.

If an eagle consumed vodka, he could be charged with flying while intoxicated. After dealing with the court system, he would certainly be an ill eagle if he wasn't already.

If someone called me to report that a bartender had a drink while on his break and was now back "on duty" , I would only ask for the complaintants name so I could run a warrant and drivers license check on them.

Thank you for this post. I now have a new name for my Sioux friend and former Chief Deputy Sheriff. We've been known to party at times, and from now on he will be known, affectionally, as Ill Eagle.
He's the only guy I know who thinks a dream catcher hanging from his visor exempts him from seat belt laws.
