Hello to everyone out there. I found this site by typing into the almighty Yahoo search "Chicago POWER test."
I am a 25 year old accountant who has a degree in Criminal Justice and a Paralegal Certificate. After a couple of years of contemplating becoming a LEO, I decided to take the plunge. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain, right?Last November I took the CPD written exam and passed. I am scheduled to take the POWER test on 4/3. A little scared but I think that's normal.
I very much enjoy reading all the posts and just wanted to say hi.

Before you debate the law with me or another officer, make sure you have a "firm" grasp of the english language and try researching it, quoting it, or something else valid instead of "Well I heard that...."
