    Wink Zebras In Freezin' MN

    Howdee Ya'll

Been here at RP every now and then for a little while and figured it's time to throw in a hello.

Born and raised in Sweden. Been here for a few years. Studied to prosecutor in Sweden but am currently running a kid's horse camp with my husband in Minnesota. However, still got my heart in law and may be pursuing it in the US.

Have a 5 months old girl named Atlanta, therefore the nick...

Love tea! Each tea bag has a saying, so for tonight:

Man is as vast as he acts.

Own "quote": Happiness is a perfume you cannot pour on others without getting a few drops on yourself.

Got four zebras in freezin' MN, currently wandering our yard... (Grant Zebras out of Louisiana)

To all LEOS: Thanks for your great work and for making a difference in people's lives!

    "Atlanta"

Yep, got some pictures. Took some pics yesterday when they were walking outside. Gotta get 'em developed and then you'll have 'em.

Regarding how they do in the cold, they need a heated barn over the winter.

We got four zebras - one male, three mares. One of the mare's are ready to pop any day now. Waiting with excitement!

    Thanks everyone!

If you've got any questions on the procedure to get licenses or hired in MN, I can help answer or any of the other Officers from Minnesota.

With any luck the snowmobiles and skiis will be taken out of the sheds soon Summers nice but where else can you have so much fun trying to catch a fish though ice?

    Yeah.. right! ;) Thanks!

Almost correct on your description. Blonde, hzl (blue, green and brown) and 5'5''

Currently got the hair color strawberry blonde (dyed it about three weeks ago)

However, can't wait 'til I can get blonde again.

    4 reasons to have zebras

    1. Campers think they are a blast! (for the kids)
    2. They are cute (talking about Grant Zebras)
    3. A real good business deal (you can actually make some money)
    4. Still, they are a wild animal - you can get killed (excitement)

We simply enjoy them. Kinda like a bigger outside dog with stripes.

    MN State bird: The Mosquito!

Summer's nice, so is fall, winter and spring. Snow is fun. Especially when you go skiing after horse!!! And at this time, as well as during those romantic summernights full with giant mosquitoes... bug spray is my friend at this time of the year.

And regarding fishing... fishing's fun. I only got one problem though - I'm afraid of the fish!!!

    Enjoy the fall!

i'm going to have to disagree with you on snow! i'm not one of those people who high tail it south every winter but i could go back to summer seeing as we had maybe 6 days of "hot" weather this year. last 5 years or so we've had a crappy winter. hardly any snowfall. maybe we'll get a good 10 inch blizzard this year. i don't care for snow but i like blizzards lol. one good thing about winter here though: no tourists. i live in an area that explodes in tourism in the summer time. should be a hunting season on those people :D

mosquitos aren't too bad this year, but it's fly and bee season now.

It's been quite nice winters the last few years, but I don't give much for blizzards. Not that fun when you live out in the country and need to go out and feed a bunch of animals. We do also get lot of snow where I live.
