Hello all,
I've been lurking around here for a while now feeding on all the knowledge at hand! I’m from the Kansas City area and currently applying with 2 agencies! I’m 22 with 2 kids and a wife. Like a lot of people I have decided to make a career change early in my life as it seems like an interesting job and one that is stable. So with that being said any help you may have towards my future as a Leo would be great!

Bagnell Dam Blvd. We're about 5 miles or less from the dam itself. Ever heard of Bentley's(sp?) resturant or know where Holiday Inn is in Lake Ozark? I live right across from both of them.
Hurricane Deck is located near HH or KK or over near Sunrise Beach or Osage Beach? I've heard of it, but not sure of its where abouts.I know I've got religion and I ain't ashamed.

Hurricane Deck is just south of Sunrise Beach on 5.. right about where the toll bridge road comes out at on the west side of the lake! I prob didnt say that right but hopefully you know what i mean =] ... Man i bet you get alot of traffic being right there at the Dam.. i know in the summer its crowded as hell!

I know where ya referin to now. :p. And as for the crowd? Heck yes. LOL. Our little 1500 pop city can grow up to 30 times durin the summer and that makes it a pita. But it makes for some decent paying jobs for us locals though. This year wasn't as bad as last year though. Traffic kept movin, instead of taking one or two hours to move half a mile. :p
But since they closed the dam down till January, it's made alot of peeps agervated. I guess because they don't like goin up Hwy 54 and turnin on Bus. 54. Which is about maybe 1 or 2 miles longer.Last edited by George; 09-20-04 at 04:06 AM.

ahhh yes i know what you mean.. the wife and i decided to take a trip down to osage beach for a weekend a year or two ago.. our mistake was driving down to the dam on a summer weekend.. seems they were having one of the many car shows i believe it was a hot rod show.. anywayz make a long story short we ended up parking the stang where we sat in the middle of the road and walking around looking at other cars =] you a leo down there?

No sir, I am not an officer. I'm currently under the 21 age limit and still have to get my diploma or G.E.D. and then go try for it. :D
