rn45 here. Same on Ebay and ar15com. I've been with the Indianapolis PD since December of 1982. Currently I'm flying a desk in the crime analysis section. Through the years I've been a district officer, a detective in burglary, special investigations, missing persons and detailed to homicide on occasion. Right now, part of my job is to track sex crimes trends, keep track of parolees and create our crime information sheets, elswhere known as wanted posters, wanted information, etc. As soon as a certain major retires next year, I'll probably get back to an active investigations branch. Right now, it's better to maintain a low profile.

No. Since I've been in HQ for a while, I don't know a lot of guys on the street. I'm sure he'll know me since all the crime information sheets go out through our groupwise e-mail with my ID on them. I should probably go ahead and start the verification process.

Thank you. I've been told a Hoosier is a nickname meaning "Who's yer daddy?" Whether that's true or not I don't know. It's one of those odd state nicknames like the Tarheels or Buckeyes.
