I guess we're all supposed to report here for a hello and maybe a word about why we're here. I just care about stuff going on in our country. I want things to be right.

I want every LEO here to know that I am aware that you are putting your life on the line every time you go on duty and answer any calls. That alone makes it so every single one of you deserves total respect from every citizen. Us non LEO citizens owe you our every effort to help you get through your tasks safely and with speed, so you can be off to your next call. You also deserve to not have your professional standards, which in our country are very very high, 2nd guessed by every jerk who wants to spout off. You deserve nothing but support from the public.

I think I've rubbed some folks the wrong way in here already. I am sorry about that. I don't want that to happen. I am going to be signing up to pay to participate here, because I think this is a good place, and I feel privileged to be allowed to be here.

I think you 'bobbies' are more open-minded by nature than the mainstream LEO in the US.

But again, I want to make it clear, our LEOs have their reasons for being kinda prickly and harsh. I am pretty much a p&!ck a lot of the time too.

I have to agree with you on that, your typical US LEO can be kind of uptight and stuffy, however for the best part some of them on here are ok and I can live with it ;)

I am learning they always are ok. People just have to learn to understand and respect LEOs for who you/they are.

If people would do that, I am sure LEO would respond in kind over time. I think in the US, people think LEO is a target to pick on and people definitely do not make a point of helping LEO and sympathizing with the intensity and danger LEO faces on everyone's behalf.
