Hello all. My name is Cindy and I am from Canada. This along with blueline.ca is one of my favourite law enforcement forums.
I am a 30 year old business owner and am *considering* a career in law enforcement. There was a murder next door to me and the ident crew was here for two months along with a 24/7 police guard. Suffice to say I took the chance to talk to a lot of the police officers and was mightily impressed and have a greater understanding of the job and the people than I did once before as an 'ignorant taxpayer'.
I have a lot of respect for what all of those in LE go through on a daily basis and I am glad that there are folks such as yourselves in society to look after the rest of us..

But I am surprised I haven't been flamed yet for past job. Not that being flamed is bad per se. I appreciate cold, hard honest opinions and being able to discuss them ;)
