Hi everyone, I'm a high school student from Nova Scotia, Canada and I'm not actually interested in becoming a police officer but I'm a writer and when I decide I want to learn about something, I really do as much as I can to learn about it.
Since I don't have the gut to plop down beside the local cops and chat about their jobs (they're very poker-faced and intimidating to me) I'm hoping it won't bother anyone to have me hang around here.

Mostly fiction but once in awhile, if it pays, i'll write articles for newspapers.

I write too! I have been mostly working with non-fiction but have been picking away at a fiction novel for a little while. I think there are a few of us writers on board here
