I guess I should introduce myself. I am a Retired Senior Special Agent, U.S. Customs Office of Investigations. I served from 1970 to 1997, in Boston, San Diego, our Academy in Tucson, and on the Border South of Tucson. At the Academy I taught Firearms/Officer Safety and Survival, Investigations, Fraud, Survellience, and a bunch of other stuff. I also have guest lectured at:
Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, GA., NM, AZ
Bureau of Indian Affairs Law Enforcement Training, AZ
Bureau of Land Management LEO training
USBP Academy, NM
2 ASLET Training Seminars
and for the (U.S.) Cabinet Committee on International Narcotics Control in Israel & Guam.
I know that I understand only some of the questions, and even less of the answers, so I'm here to learn.
